recipe to elevate your desserts game. This brownie combines batter baked
to perfection with chocolate chunks.

Ingredients
- 2-3 large eggs
- Salt, a pinch
- 2/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/ 2 cup of butter or oil
- 1/ 2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/ 3 cup of cocoa powder
- 1/ 3 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 cup of chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until well mixed.
Optionally, add a tablespoon of water or milk for a fluffier texture.
- Melt Butter: Place a medium-sized saucepan over low heat and melt butter.
- Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Remove the melted butter from heat and stir in granulated sugar.
Gradually add the beaten eggs, mixing well after each addition.
- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder and
baking powder.
- Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture,
gradually fold the mixture until just combined and lastly add your chocolate chunks.
- Bake:Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.

indulge into home made chocolate goodness.
