Stressed spelled backward is desserts. Coincidence? I don't think so. So here is an easy and quick brownie recipe to elevate your desserts game. This brownie combines batter baked to perfection with chocolate chunks.

  1. Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until well mixed. Optionally, add a tablespoon of water or milk for a fluffier texture.
  3. Melt Butter: Place a medium-sized saucepan over low heat and melt butter.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Remove the melted butter from heat and stir in granulated sugar. Gradually add the beaten eggs, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  6. Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, gradually fold the mixture until just combined and lastly add your chocolate chunks.
  7. Bake:Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Enjoy:Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting them into squares and indulge into home made chocolate goodness.
