Why did the garlic sesame noodles go to therapy?
They had too much emotional baggage-laden with soy-cial anxiety. So here is an easy and go-to recipe of
seasame noodles.
Preparation Time

Ingredients
- 250g (about 9 oz) of your favorite noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Noodles: Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
- Sauce Preparation:In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vinegar. Set aside.
- Cooking:Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Combine Sauce and Noodles:Pour the prepared sauce over the sautéed garlic.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss until well coated in the sauce.
- Serve:Transfer the sesame garlic noodles to a serving dish.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
