Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef chuck roast, cut into chunks
- 4 dried guajillo chilies
- 2 dried ancho chilies
- 2 dried pasilla chilies
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp dried oreganos
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups beef broth
- Corn tortillas
- Chopped onions, cilantro, lime wedges, and radishes for serving

Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Marinate Beef: In a bowl, combine diced beef with minced garlic, chopped onion, dried oregano, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
